ppp9 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Obligations, and the Rules of Play

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ppp9 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ppp9.app ("the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the ppp9 Platform in its entirety, including all gaming products, sports betting markets, promotional offers, payment processing services, and customer support functions made available through the Platform.

By completing the account registration process on ppp9, clicking the registration confirmation button, or by otherwise accessing and using any part of the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the ppp9 Platform and close your account if one has already been created.

ppp9 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time in accordance with Clause 12 below. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

Access to and use of the ppp9 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions to be eligible to register and maintain an account with ppp9:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. ppp9 strictly prohibits access by minors and individuals under the minimum age requirement.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you must not access the Platform in circumvention of any such prohibition.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of any employee or director of ppp9 or any of its affiliated or subsidiary entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the ppp9 Platform or from any other gaming platform operated by an entity affiliated with ppp9.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and at all times during your use of the Platform.

ppp9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by ppp9 may result in temporary account suspension and/or permanent closure with forfeiture of any bonus balances held at the time of closure. Verified real-money deposits will be returned to the originating payment method where legally required.

Each individual player may hold only one registered account with ppp9 at any time. The operation of multiple accounts — whether registered under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. If ppp9 identifies that a player operates or has operated more than one account, ppp9 reserves the right to close all accounts, cancel all pending bets and transactions, and forfeit all bonus balances without prior notice.

When completing the ppp9 registration form, you must provide your:

• Valid Pakistani mobile number (which will serve as your primary account identifier)
• Date of birth (for age verification purposes)
• Full legal name as it appears on your official identification document
• City of residence within Pakistan
• Preferred deposit and withdrawal method

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ppp9 login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your account access details with any third party under any circumstances. Any transaction or gaming activity completed using your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified ppp9 of a security breach immediately upon becoming aware of it.

All financial transactions on the ppp9 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ppp9 accepts deposits via the following methods:

• EasyPaisa — Mobile wallet instant deposit
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — Internet banking and mobile app transfer
• UBL (United Bank Limited) — Internet banking and mobile app transfer
• Meezan Bank — Internet banking and mobile app transfer

The minimum deposit amount on ppp9 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, although enhanced due diligence may be applied to accounts depositing above certain thresholds as part of ppp9's anti-money laundering obligations. ppp9 charges zero fees on all deposits. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside ppp9's control and are your responsibility.

Deposit funds must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts held by family members — are not permitted. ppp9 reserves the right to return deposits received from third-party sources and to suspend the receiving account pending investigation.

ppp9 conducts transaction monitoring in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Deposits that appear inconsistent with your stated account history or that trigger automated risk flags may be held for review. In such cases, ppp9 will contact you via your registered mobile number to request supporting documentation.

ppp9 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly and without unnecessary delay. The standard withdrawal processing time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa is under ten minutes from the time the request is submitted and approved. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts typically clear within a few minutes during standard Pakistani banking hours.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit on your ppp9 account.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. ppp9 may request a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other government-issued identification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a specified threshold.
• Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances and bonus funds that have completed wagering are eligible for withdrawal.
• ppp9 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal request for up to 72 hours for the purpose of conducting security checks or verifying the legitimacy of the funds being withdrawn.
• In the event that a withdrawal is requested and subsequently a chargeback or payment reversal is initiated by the Player in respect of a prior deposit, ppp9 reserves the right to freeze the withdrawal pending resolution of the chargeback.

ppp9 charges no fees on withdrawals. The amount you request to withdraw is the amount you will receive, subject only to any fees levied by your bank or mobile wallet provider which are entirely outside ppp9's control.

ppp9 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by the specific terms disclosed at the point of each individual offer:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible players only and may be subject to minimum deposit requirements, time limitations, and game eligibility restrictions.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which represents the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered in qualifying games before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The wagering requirement for each bonus is disclosed at the point of the offer.

• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotional terms. Only one bonus is active on a player's account at any given time.
• Unclaimed bonuses expire after the period stated in the promotional terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reactivated.

All games available on the ppp9 Platform — including slots, live casino tables, cricket betting markets, Go Rush, and Jackpot Fishing — are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are accessible within each game environment. These Terms do not replace or supersede individual game rules; both apply concurrently.

With regard to bet placement and acceptance, the following general rules apply:

• A bet or wager is only accepted and valid once it has been confirmed by ppp9's system and a confirmation reference number has been generated and displayed to the player.
• ppp9 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict game access, or cap winnings for any individual player at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

• All Random Number Generator (RNG) outcomes for casino games and slots are certified by independent third-party testing agencies. RNG outcomes are final and not subject to dispute on the basis of perceived unfairness.

The following forms of conduct are strictly prohibited on the ppp9 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Operating more than one ppp9 account simultaneously or in sequence
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Attempting to launder funds through gaming deposits and withdrawals
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, display errors, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Placing bets on fixed or pre-determined match outcomes, or on events in which you hold insider knowledge not available to the general public
• Abusing bonus offers through low-risk hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals without first contacting ppp9 support to resolve the underlying issue

ppp9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of problem gambling among its player base. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at no cost and without restriction through the account settings section of the ppp9 Platform:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits — Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive automated in-session alerts after pre-defined periods of continuous gaming activity.
• Cooling-Off Periods — Temporarily suspend your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, login access is restricted and all marketing communications are suspended.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any ppp9 Platform content without the express prior written consent of ppp9. Unauthorised use of ppp9 intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may additionally constitute a violation of applicable intellectual property law.

By submitting any content to ppp9 — including support messages, feedback submissions, or user-generated content where such features exist — you grant ppp9 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the ppp9 Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ppp9's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ppp9 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ppp9 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising out of your use of or inability to access the Platform
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, network outages, planned maintenance windows, or force majeure events beyond ppp9's reasonable control
• Losses arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank
• Any losses arising from your failure to secure your account login credentials
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information displayed on the Platform that was subject to a display error or manifest pricing mistake

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ppp9's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

ppp9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ppp9 will notify registered players via the contact details held on their account — typically by SMS to the registered Pakistani mobile number — at least 7 days prior to the revised Terms taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the ppp9 Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact ppp9 support to close your account.

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the ppp9 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ppp9 holds its international gaming operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and ppp9, the following resolution process applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Complaint: Submit your complaint in writing to ppp9's customer support team at [email protected]. ppp9 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 14 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with ppp9's response to your complaint, you may escalate the matter to ppp9's designated Dispute Resolution Manager, whose contact details will be provided with ppp9's initial complaint response.
• Step 3 — Licensing Authority: If you remain unsatisfied after the internal escalation process has been exhausted, you may refer the matter to the gaming licensing authority under whose jurisdiction ppp9 operates, in accordance with that authority's dispute escalation procedures.

ppp9's decision on all gaming-related disputes — including matters of bet settlement, game outcome, and bonus eligibility — shall be final subject only to review by the applicable licensing authority.
